Unused, any wear is from storage.  Purchased from an old toy sellers family.  Box in poor condition.  rips and missing pieces, dirty.  Missing fireman that sits in back.  2nd row of tires will not stay on, not sure if plastic shrunk.  and ladder comes off easy, washer to hold it in place falls off.  Still in excellent used condition.  Please see pictures for condition.
