An iconic and popular issue thanks to George Perez's stunning cover homage to Superman #1, Action Comics #643 returned the series to its original monthly publication schedule (beginning with issue #601 Action ran as a weekly anthology until #642- with Superman relegated to a 2-page, newspaper strip-like story each week).  But with this issue, Perez took the helm, both writing and penciling the stories and returning Superman to his original status as the feature character.  This copy is signed by Perez and is professionally graded by CGC at 9.8 as part of their special Signature Series.  The last recorded sale of a 9.8 (per GPA Analysis) was $900 on in January of 2024).  Only 16 Signature Series copies are noted on the CGC Census, and not all of those are signed by Perez.  Please note, with Signature Series books a certified CGC witness actually observes the signing of the comic and then immediately takes possession of the book so there is no possibility of the real autograph being switched out with another.  It will be shipped with the utmost care.
