A classic blend of lemon, garlic, and oregano, perfect for creating authentic Greek flavors at home.

To Make Greek Salad Dressing:
Mix 2 TB of seasoning with 2 TB of water and let it sit for 5 minutes. Add 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup salad oil, 1/3 cup red wine vinegar (or 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar and 2 TB water), and 1 tsp sugar if desired. Use this dressing on vegetable salads, tomatoes with red onion, feta cheese, olives, chicken and pasta salads, or a simple lettuce salad.

For Gyros:
Mix 1 TB seasoning in 1 TB water, let it stand for 5 minutes, then add 1 TB olive oil and 1 TB lemon juice. Combine with 1 lb of cubed lamb, pork, or chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Broil until browned. For gyro sauce, mix 2-3 tsp seasoning with 1 cup yogurt and 2 TB cucumber. Also great on grilled, baked, or fried fish or chicken; use 1 tsp per lb.
