The box clasp is not marked sterling. Only marked Japan. However it is not magnetic and I cannot tell if it is or is not sterling. This is for REPAIR / PARTS / RESTORATION only. As is. See photos.

The clasp functions fine. It's just missing the 2 faux pearls and some rhinestones.
