Discovering Natural Mind, Rigpa Fellowship, (2 Volume Video Set)

Rigpa is an international network of groups offering Buddha's teachings in a way that is based on accepted tradition, but at the same time offering relevance and benefits for people in today's world. The organization offers courses in meditation and compassion, as well as a complete path of study for every stage of Buddha's teachings.

Rigpa was founded in 1979 by Sogyal Rinpoche, a Buddhist teacher from Tibet. Each national association has charitable and non-profit status. Programs offer a wide range of studies from different Buddhist teachers and perspectives.

This video teaching set is a 2nd Edition, produced in March 2001. It offers lessons presented at a wide variety of events held throughout the world from 1993 - 2000.
