1972 Milton Bradley Seance Seance Board Game Complete Set New Unpunched Vintage Read

New unused, unpunched, sealed record but game is not sealed.  Box has rips and damage to edges and corners.  Box in Fair condition.  Game itself is Mint-NM.  Some bubbling? on cardboard die cut as shown.  Maybe from Moisture?  Can not be tested as record is sealed.  Battery compartment clean.  Not tested.  There is a crack that covers the motor.  Motor seems to move freely.  band around player may need to be changed at some point from age.  I have been informed that an additional piece on the bottom is broken and missing a piece white cover.
