One TALBOTS Lined Cotton Swing Jacket.  A striped design in bright blue, black, white and beige, it's a women's size 6 and measures:

   Made of 100% cotton (shell) and 100% polyester (lining).  Dry clean.

   Jacket has two large black buttons in front, two front pockets with flaps, and 3/4-length sleeves.  The interior is fully lined in black, and the cotton is lightweight and comfortable with a nice sheen.  Swing fit.
