A collection of 16 factory sealed, metal medallions commemorating the 2004 New York Yankees.  Medallions were sponsored by the New York Post.  Each medallion is fixed to a card with a serial number and features one player.  There are 15 player medallions and one team commemorative medallion; the team medallion is embossed with "New York Yankees: The Next Century". 


Players included are:  Bernie Williams, Enrique Wilson, Jason Giambi, Kenny Lofton, Hideki Matsui, Mike Mussina, Jon Lieber, Gary Sheffield, Mariano Rivera, Javier Vazquez, Alex Rodriguez, Derek Jeter, Kevin Brown, Jose Contreras and Jorge Posada.

Total weight of the 16 medallions is 5 ounces.
