About the item:  

Green Lantern #1, signed by hand by both Pat Broderick and Mark A. Nelson and authenticated by CGC with a grade of 9.8.  With Signature Series books a certified CGC witness actually observes the signing of the comic so there is no possibility of the real autograph being switched out with another.  It will be shipped with the utmost care.  Only 12 grade at 9.8 per the CGC census, and only two, per GPA Analysis, have ever come to market.  The last copy sold at $125 back in May of 2018.
