A Pan American World Airways  Clipper Class Menu.. Pan American Clipper America, first  four engine aircraft departs Dinner Key, Miami for Cristobal on it's inaugural flight, November 19, 1931 on a Sikorsky S-40.  The cover  print is by John T McCoy. On the inside cover is information on the B377 and the artist.  In very fine condition, measures about 11" x 8 1/2" when closed. In this menu cover is a 4 page menu in Spanish and English.
