In excellent condition, it is stamped Helios, Made in Italy. The original label is missing, but I have noticed most of the high end designers used Helios fur felt bases. This one is shaped like a cone or helmet, with a tassel of shiny black plastic beads. If your head is smaller than 21", you could wear it as a cloche.
