VTg Girls Sweater Vest/ Blouse 1940s Red Pink Blue Unique Pattern 28" Chest

Vintage girls WW2 1940s hand-knit sweater vest in pink and blue with a unique pattern. A cotton blouses’ sleeves and collar were added and can be removed. The vest itself is in excellent clean condition. Pearly pink plastic buttons close the front. 
In as found in an attic condition. I don’t know the children size for these, please use measurements.
