Mursala tea is a perennial plant. It is considered a herb with unparalleled healing power. It is also known as mountain tea, Pirinmountain tea, Alibotush tea and Sharmountain tea. For the preparation of the tea, the whole flowering stems are used.

The plant from the Mursalitsa place , over the Rhodope village of Mugla, is considered one of the wonders of the Rhodopes. The legend tells that God Dionysus himself has chosen the place where the herb would grow. Even today there are sacrifice at the time it is picked .

Scientists indicate that tea contains many valuable for the human body elements .

Mursala tea contains a great deal of antioxidants. It has toning, strengthening and anti-anemic action. 

In addition to its other qualities, Mursal tea has a beneficial effect on the genitourinary system.

A curious detail about Mursala tea is that American and Russian cosmonauts drank it during their flight preparations.

The exact recipe for preparing Mursala tea requires the warming of the water in which the sprig of tea is placed on a low heat. About two to three stalks of tea are enough to make two or three cups of tea.

The dosage is per liter of water to put 4-5 sprouts of the plant with green mossy leaves. The herbal extract remains on a weak stove for five minutes. It is advisable to remain soaked in a porcelain container with a lid.

Once the temperature of the hot herbal extract has become tolerable for intake, it is filtered and taken in gulps. It can be consumed as cold tea with the addition of some honey. Do not leave undrink tea for the next day. Throw it away and prepare a new one.

Overdose with the Pirin miracle, as it is completely deservedly called this herb, is almost impossible to happen because the percentage of beneficial substances in it is only seven percent.

Side effects of prolonged use of this remedy are also not known.
