Antique Document Nacogdoches County Texas 1898 Signed Elam Martin Land Deed

Appears to be a land sale, written in 1898 and filed for record 1909

The only information I could find on Elam Martin is this

"JULY 22, 1898

Ben NUGENT, near Nacogdoches shot & killed his father in law, Elam MARTIN. The killing was in self-defense.
