Tiny Antique Tintype Photo of Young Man with Hat in Front of Hands.. It is dated on the back 98 for 1898.. I can't make out the name or words above the 98.

Measurements are a rough estimate... the closest I could get was 1 and 2/16" x 1.75". May be off by a fraction of an inch.
