3 crowns in a trifoil cartouche: Swedish Silver, National Control Mark

Bernard Hertz mark: "BH" in a square

"826" inside a square for silver content

"S"  inside a Square

Silver napkin ring by Danish goldsmith Bernhard Hertz (established a silver factory in Copenhagen named Bernhard Hertz Guldvarefabrik. The company Bernhard Hertz A/S, founded in 1858, was acquired by Lund Copenhagen in 1985) who also branched out to Sweden, thus the Swedish hallmark.
