This is a super cool, and possibly one of a kind piece.  Is  really neat lighter cobalt/teal color.  Has a really neat handle with a interesting curly que bottom tip (which might be a clue to maker).  Main attraction is a center glass medallion fused with a 3-D ship with masts sailing on ocean waters.  Not exactly sure what it means, who the maker is, or even the timeframe made, but looks like a truly unique piece.  

Measures approx. 8 1/2" tall, top diameter 3 7/8", bottom diameter 5 1/8", 7" wide including handle/spout.
