This is a really nice, older stainless steel vacuum flask/thermos, made to keep your warm stuff warm as well as cold stuff colder for longer.  Has a nice, handle on the side so that it can be easily carried to wherever your going.  This dates back a ways, to Taiwan made products.  Looks very well made, heavy duty and gets the job done.

Holds 33 oz, measures approx 13" tall, 4" round.
