Fully sterilized and ready for  use.  Original patina.  As policy we rarely polish silver or silver plate.  It takes considerably more time to develop a patina than to remove one.   If you wish to polish the item and would like recommendations on products and methods to safely polish silver, please request with your order and we will provide a sheet of polishiing and care instructions.
