The Cover has a raised gold tone medallion of Le Siege de la Bastille Medallion by Bertrand Andrieu on the front cover and information on this medal and other medals in the series on the back cover. Contains an 8 page menu from a September 16, 1989 flight on the Concorde from New York to Paris with separate pages for Cocktails, Wine and Meal. In French and English. Measures about 8 1/ 4" x 11 5/8" when closed.
