1998 Community First Bank Rotating Banded Desk Brass Thermometer and Clock

In good shape for age. Shows signs of age and usage including marks. Looks to be a simple branded brass cylinder with etched bank logo and 1988-1998 on the top. When you twist the bands it reveals a center with a analog clock and the bottom is revealed to be a thermometer. Genius. Please see photos.
