You are buying a circa 1920s-30s VERY COLORFUL LITHOGRAPH designs under glass.  All of the scenes are cartoon like and romantic scenes.   The frames are a tin metal and have a light probably nickel coating. This set comes in the original leather case with the name Erlangen (Germany) on the front. 
The CONDITION IS VERY GOOD no chipped or cracked glass covers, no water marks to lighthographs, these coasters have very thin coating of a metal over the tin and some of these have wear to that coating but no corrosion or rust. The leather case is in very good condition is no holes, cracking, or hinge binding tears.
