Monopoly Philadelphia Eagles Collector's Edition Board Game Complete

Ive taken pictures of the board set up so they can see that it has all the cards the money. The house is all six tokens. Please see photos.

The box does have a spot on it. Please see the photo for this also and there is some tape on the box that I did not try to remove.
