Unused but has damage as shown.  Slight rip under broom on all seals.  Bottom seal has bending and most damage as shown.  Gummed seals which may or may not still hold stickiness do to age.  Measure approx. 2 3/8 x 1 1/2.  Please see pictures for condition.,
