New OEM Rear Bumper Lower ZETEC spoiler less the mesh insert which is not available from Ford now...but if you have a damaged rear Zetec bumper, this is the OEM cover for the lower rear bumper (less mesh insert).  Genuine Ford!

Tuxedo Black - pre-painted by Ford less lower mesh piece.  Body shop started sanding the scratches out and then returned since no lower piece with it - yes, as listed.
