No noticeable chips are cracks. The milky finish is original when created to give it added effect. Approximately 5 x 7.5 x 10.25 inches. Feet on bottom (I think rubberish). This was my In laws - they had it sitting in the back of a cabinet for what has to be at least a couple of decades - doesn't look like they uesd it. I was going to keep it because it is so cute but we already have so much stuff. Brand unknown.
