CHA0209  A vintage 1958 letter from Raymond Francis (6 October 1911- 24 October 1987) was a British actor who became very famous in the 1960s but his first ever television performance was playing Dr Watson in the 1951 BBC weekly adaptation of We Present Alan Wheatley as Mr Sherlock Holmes .The letter dates from 1958 and is fully hand written and signed by Raymond Francis folded where posted but otherwise pristine condition
