This is a Soviet-era souvenir made in May 1991. Made in the Ukrainian SSR in the city of Chernivtsi. Title-Cheerful family. There is a round stamp of quality control. Made on MDF. Iron painting frame. The old price is 4 Soviet rubles.
Made at the production association "Cheremosh" factory "Bukovina"

The plate is stamped with number 761-3000 so I presume only 3000 were made.

This picture can cheer up any room or table as it is so bright and colourful!
