Vintage Black & White Lillian Carter Signed Glossy Photo with son President Jimmy Carter. This is a 10x8 hand-signed photo of the President Carter & his mother Lillian, ONLY signed by Lillian Carter. There is NO Certificate Of Authenticity so please look at photos & make your own judgment on authenticity. Photo is in ok condition for it's age. Some corners do have bends to them & thumbtack holes. There is also discoloration around the white edges. Sides are starting to curl as well. The back of photo has "Jimmy & Lillian (his mother)" written in ink & has discoloration/residue from storage on self-adhesive paper sheets. There is also some black marks on the back.
