Used but in good condition. It has some minor scratches and scuffs but is overall in good condition. This came from a school and was a part of a rack system that I am parting out.  It has a couple of velcro pieces on top where a couple of smaller components were attached but it should come off with a little effort.  I don't have the cables and components needed to thoroughly test this, but it does power on and we have a 30-day unconditional return policy.

It shows that it has firmware version 2.6.23.
