This is JAKEL J238-150-1533 117104-04 DRAFT INDUCER BLOWER Motor 120V 3400 RPM 1/20 HP used part. 

This part was removed by HVAC installer from a fully functioning system. Old equipment was removed because homeowner upgraded it to a more energy efficient models and was in working condition.
