• QUALITY: Matte paper prints and rolled canvas are produced with the highest quality setting via professional 12 channel giclee which includes optimizer. Matte paper prints are on acid free smooth matte archival 192gsm paper. It appears flat matte with no sheen. Prints will be as shiny as the glass or gloss lamination or coating.
• CANVAS PRINTS ROLLED: Prints are available on 290gsm matte polyester canvas (AKA polycanvas) or premium 320 GSM 19 Mil thickness cotton canvas. Prints are rolled & mailed in a rigid shipping tube. 1"-2" white space border may added on edges of the canvas so that it can be stretched. Your picture framer can laminate with gloss film or apply a glossy coating if desired.
• CANVAS FRAMES: Prints are available as an optional gallery wrap canvas stretched over 3/4" thick wood frame. Canvas frames are custom built per order and take at least 10 working days. FREE bonus prints ship immediately for US customers and then your order. Tracking will show your bonus prints as being shipped and delivered, not the canvas. Your canvas frame will arrive a few days later.
• SIZES: Most photo or art prints fit standard size ready-made picture frames with or without a mat. See the drop down menu for size options.
• AUTHENTIC: This is a genuine, authentic exclusive photo or work of art proudly created by Rich image Art. Certificate of Authenticity is included on the receipt or gift announcement with each order.
• EXAMPLES: Room example thumbnail images are suggested uses of the photo or art print. We do not sell mats or frames. Canvas frames do not have outer decorative frame, as the frame is internal support wood for canvas to wrap around.
• SHIPPING: Ships out FAST! Matte paper or canvas roll prints ship next business day via USPS within 24 hours for most orders! Some go out the same day if ordered early enough. Priority Mail or faster upgrade may be available.
• INTERNATIONAL: International orders dispatch from our print production partner within or closer to your country. Printing partners can take several days to process your order, but delivery time is much shorter than if dispatched from US.
• HIGH RESOLUTION: Please note that the actual fine art print that you receive will be superior to the low resolution image viewed online. Viewing screens have different color calibration (light, dark, green cast, blue cast etc...) so the print color may vary. The print colors are calibrated to match the original art or photo.
