Chest was measured armpit to armpit.
Length was from the collar to the bottom of waistband.
Waist was across the waistband.
The inseam was the crotch to the end of the leg.
The pant rise was the bottom of the belt to the end of the crotch.

Notice this is a size 10 LADIES.
There is also a tuck away hood!
