Joyous Farmer and Huntsman's Song by Schumann Sheet Music published by Belwin Inc.  It is priced 35 cents, which was common in the 1930s.  Fun Fact: The Joyous Farmer was used in the "Wizard of Oz", when Dorothy is running home at the beginning. We later see a piano in the farmhouse, so Dorothy is probably taking lessons and this may be one of her pieces; also, at that moment she is a rather UN happy farmer! Then her first song in Oz, "The Wind Began to Switch" is essentially a variant of the tune. (Bruce Wilson)
