This is a Vintage 1990's HALLMARK PROMO Hanna-Barbera Scooby Doo Christmas Holiday Gingerbread House Crew Sweatshirt. It is a size MEDIUM on the tag, but it measures like a small. It is 21 1/2 inches from armpit to armpit and 27 inches in length.  It is in great condition. It is Clean. No Tears. There is one small mark on the right sleeve. It may come out in the wash with the correct cleaning product. I have not tried. See 4th pictures for details.
