The hat has two spots on the brim near the cording. I hand-washed and air-dried the hat and the stains didn't come out. 

The forehead band is a little stained but it is clean. 

Tag on the inside says New Era Dupont Visor Pro Model Medium, Mfg in USA. 

The hat ships in a cardboard box to protect it.
