Hand Painted Floral Ceramic 6" Tall Candlesticks Lilacs Botanical Black Bottoms 
 
These look to be the work of artist Kathleen Parr McKenna according to our research, but haven't seen a pair of candlesticks with the same hand painted floral design. Looks like the bottom of the candlesticks had green felt that was replaced with black. This is where the maker information would've been located.
