All
international shipping is done trough Global Shipping Program,
some countries and items do not qualify for the program so if you click
on shipping and payments tab and your country is not listed there then I
can not sell the item, all prices for international shipping are set by
the program and I can not change them (I can not even change the
invoice). For bigger items (usually any side above 12 inches (30cm) that
have to go to AK, PR, HI, VI or PO box check with me first if I can
ship it and if I can do free shipping. Any special requests like an
address change or if you need an invoice please send in message box at
check out when paying so I see that I have note in order details and so
we do not miss that note (if it is in order details then I can see the
message when printing the label, I ask for that because we try to ship
items right away and when it gets busy we can not check e-mails very
often and we do not want to miss that message). We work hard to ship the
package right away, if the payment is done in afternoon then the
package will be shipped next morning. If there are any complications we
will contact you right away. We only ship on week days and we are closed
on weekends so if you buy and item on Friday afternoon or Saturday we
will ship it on Monday morning (I usually pack and ship on Friday until
3pm-4pm est until FedEX and USPS pick up, so as many packages as
possible leave before weekend). We strive to provide fast and superior
service and I welcome any suggestions on how we can improve and if we
make a mistake we want to learn from it and correct it so it does not
happen in the future.
You are buying used part and
if there is a problem contact me as soon as possible, I will do my best
to work out the problem. I will only give full refund for items not as
described or not working. Please let me know within 10 days after
receiving the package. If damage is noted in description, shown on
pictures or part is sold as for parts not working I will not accept
returns for that part. All big items will be shipped FedEx Ground or
Freight, smaller packages will go USPS. For shipping to Alaska, Puerto
Rico, Hawaii please e-mail me for shipping quote. I only ship to
confirmed address that is on PayPal or e-bay account. Also you can
pickup if you live close. If any issues with item or service please let
me know right away so I can work it out with you quickly. Please leave
