The meta pads are adhesive-backed and pre-cut for convenience, making them easy to use. These specialty pre-cut meta pads help contribute to better foot care and are made from high-quality adhesive felt to give your feet excellent comfort. Each pack includes 100 meta pads that measure 1/4 inches (skived) each.
