Computer Server Encoder Rack Mount.  I really don't know much about computers.  This powers up and appears that the brand name was asacomputers.com.  It also says encoder, and ndsencoder on it.  It was hooked up with a lot of high end audio equipment from a mobile sound set up.  See photos for more details,
