Lowell Wrench Co No. 54 Ratchet 1-1/4 Female Drive - Not Working.  Please see handle has a slight bend.  I could not get the ratchet part to actuate but I have anything that size for the drive.  It may have to be loosened up to be used.  Sold as pictured.
