Southern Giant Curled Mustard (Brassica juncea), or just Southern Curled, is the most common variety of mustard greens. This annual is slow bolting and cold tolerant. Will produce 18-24" upright plants with bright green crumpled and frilled leaves. This heirloom is a traditional southern favorite. Mustard greens grow very easily and can be grown anytime during the year. Great cooked or used as greens in salads or sandwiches. High in betocarotine and vitamins A and C
