Strap seems to be incomplete, just a part of some kind of camera harness. Maybe not. I don't know...It is 40" long and has two metal buckles at each end. Metal Buckles are 1.4cm wide.
It is not damaged. it looks good. It looks and works good. Sold as pictured.
