I would rate it at 8 out of 10. Filter has been used. It has some signs of cosmetic wear on the metal ring from use, but is fully operational and functions as intended. Glass looks good, I don't see any noticeable scratches. Or any damage to the glass.  I don't see any damage to the treads as well. Filter looks and works good.
