Hood is in an average condition. Rubber looks OK. It shows light wear. I see some kind of writing on one of the hoods.  I don't see anything damaged. Lens hood works good.   This lens hood is fully operational and functions as intended.  I would rate it a 8, on a scale from 1 to 10.
