Cap is generic brand. It has Nikon logo, but it is not made by Nikon. 

Lens Cap is in very good condition. It locks on the lens properly. There is some scuffing and scratches from normal use. I don't see any damage. 

Cap is fully operational and functions as intended. I would rate it an 8 or very good on a scale of 1 to 10.
