Cosmetic condition:

Lens has been used, but it looks very nice, I don't see any scratches, dents, cracks, etc. Front and rear glass looks great. It is not scratched. I see couple some kind of spots on the coating. It seems to be manufacturing defect. Lens has no visible dust specs inside. No hazing or fungus or any other imperfection. Glass is looks very good over all.
