SN 90204685.  I would rate it at 6 for cosmetics and at 6 for performance on a scale of 10. It has Pentax PK lens mount. It will work on older Pentax film cameras, such as K1000. Please check your camera manual for compatibility issues.

Over all lens is in good cosmetic condition. Front and rear glass elements are in good condition, free of scratches. Rear glass elements seem to have balsam separation at the edges. Damaged is approximately 2-3mm area around 50% of the rear lens element, that seems have no affect on image quality (pictures came out nice). Lens makes nice pictures. But because of that damage lens is sold for parts or repair. Even thought is still can be used AS IS.

Lens has no dust specs inside glass elements. Lens barrel shows light wear from use. Aperture works good. Aperture blades open and close without hesitation. Focus is smooth. Filter rim is not dented. Everything works as it should. It comes with  front cap as pictured. And it has built in lens hood.
