This is a cap for film back, not the camera. Please note that I am not sure what back it was made for. It seems to fit 120 film back, but it does  not lock, so it must be made for some other back.  

Cap is in good condition, inside and out.  There is some scuffing and scratches from normal use.  Cap is fully operational and functions as intended.

I would rate it an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10.
