Used Hoya 80B 49mm Lens Filter Made in Japan O33145  Filter has been used. It shows light wear on the metal ring.  Glass has couple 1mm thin scratches. And coating has some light spots, it seems to be a minor manufacturing defect. Damage is minor and it will not affect image quality. This filter can be used in as is condition. I would rate this filter at 8- out of 10.  It will be shipped as pictured without any accessories
